Suddenly Forever Has a Cover (plus Pre-Order!)

It’s hard to believe this day is here. There are so many steps to writing and publishing a book. Some steps are taken inch by painstaking inch. While others feel more like grand, sprawling leaps. Today, I leap! Today I get to SHOW you the book! As someone who totally and unapologetically judges a book by its cover (sorry, but I have no shame in my game), I personally think this unveiling equals the importance of new parents revealing a new baby’s name to the world. The kid is stuck with it…known by it…answers to it for eternity. Much in the same way, the cover becomes the book and relays the story’s personality. It’s the first impression of the story’s feel and style and vibe.

Before I chicken out and go back to consider another of the dozen or so cover designs on the cutting room floor, I’d better go ahead and show you the one that’s really stolen my heart. It really does fully embody the tenderness of Cora and Luke’s story. After you either stare and take in every last detail of the cover (you’re my people) or glance quickly, shrug your shoulders, and move on (you’re special, too) keep reading to learn about this story that has completely stolen my heart.
