Mid-Year Very Merry Book Giveaway: The Perfect Christmas

Let’s talk perfection. Sure, we know it’s not attainable. But it’s also subjective and different for every person when talking about something like an experience. For instance, what would make “the perfect Christmas” for you? Answer below and you could win today’s eBook giveaway in the Mid-Year Very Merry Book Giveaway!

A quick side note… a reminder to our new winner of Royally Yours, Marcie McEachern…be sure to email me TODAY to claim your prize!

For me, “the perfect Christmas” would include plenty of time off from work, being with family, low-stress entertaining (I enjoy cooking all the traditional treats but no one likes to be stressed out about it!), cold weather, holiday movies I’ve watched since I was a kid, and candlelight worship on Christmas Eve. Some years have been better than others because life certainly can get in the way, but I’ve been blessed with some pretty great Christmases.

Today’s giveaway Christmas book is The Perfect Christmas by Bell Renshaw. Like other books by Bell, this is a sweet story full of real life ups and downs. For me, it’s relatable and hopeful. A pretty PERFECT combo for a Christmas story. Keep reading for your chance to win a free eBook copy!

ABOUT THE PERFECT CHRISTMAS

Available on Amazon

Will the perfect Christmas be enough to convince Beau that a life with Ansley could be equally perfect?

Born and raised in Winter, Montana, Beau Bradley can’t imagine life anywhere else. During the holiday season his coffee shop, Mountain Grounds, is as busy as ever and now that his girlfriend is back in town, things finally seem to be lining up—until he gets a call that could change it all.

Ansley Strauss is back in Winter after a nine-month, art intensive in Canada and she’s ready to celebrate the Christmas season in the tried and true Winter-style. There’s only one problem: her boyfriend lacks Christmas spirit. Her solution? Make this Christmas perfect to remind Beau just how special this time of year is.

Set on a course for ultimate Christmas joy, Ansley and Beau find that life doesn’t always work out the way they hope it will. Beau faces the reality that plans can’t account for everything and sometimes risking it all is the only way. Ansley will have to come to the realization that no matter how perfect things are, it’s the imperfections in life that make it worth living.

It’s another Christmas in Winter, Montana where the coffee is always hot and the mistletoe beckons lovers to share a kiss.

On December 10 at 5:00 pm,
we need your help setting a
Guinness World Record
for the most couples
kissing under the mistletoe!

Chase Spencer had been firmly planted in the friend-zone ever since he first met Rachel Anthony back when they were in grade school and it looks like that’s where he’s destined to remain. And her latest scheme is bound to be torture. She wants them to help break the Guinness World Record for the most couples kissing under the mistletoe at one time. How should he handle this? Should the kiss be a chaste, friendly kiss like she envisions? Or should he do it in a way that leaves Rachel without a doubt that he wants to be more than friends?

It had always been Rachel’s dream to break a world record, and who better to do it with than her best friend Chase? And it wasn’t as if they hadn’t kissed before—sixth grade, spin-the-bottle at Iona Puckett’s party—a peck of the lips and it’d be over. Except she missed the part where they had to hold the kiss for ten seconds. And no one warned her of how she would feel afterwards—confused and longing for more. How can she convince Chase to change her status from friend to girlfriend?

Mid-Year Very Merry Book Giveaway: Like a Winter Snow

Next up in the Mid-Year Very Merry Book Giveaway was a big hit last year! I thoroughly enjoyed this story set within a Christmas-time wedding in England. Be still my romantic heart. I also love that there is a lot of snow. I grew up in Florida and now reside in Texas. The idyllic white Christmases depicted in movies and greeting cards were not my reality! But, oh, it’s sure on my bucket list. What I wouldn’t give to wake up just one Christmas morning to a snowy scene outside frosty windows and snuggle up in front of a crackling fireplace. Swoon!

For now, I’ll settle for the gorgeous scenery of Like a Winter Snow, the Christmas story from author Lindsay Harrel.

ABOUT LIKE A WINTER SNOW

Available on Amazon

Cozy up with this charming and uplifting romance all about unexpected love, true friendship, and family loyalty. Set during a Christmas-time wedding among the falling snow, this sweet story will warm your heart.

Women’s counselor Joy Beckman has always been a friend and helper to all. That’s why she’s given up everything to be with her parents as her mother suffers through Alzheimer’s. Joy may not have a thriving career or a love life at the moment, but she’s doing what she does best—taking care of others. And even though it’s difficult, she knows it’s where she is supposed to be.

But life throws a curveball when she has to leave her parents temporarily to travel to Cornwall, England, for the December wedding of her best friend. While there, Joy helps Sophia tackle her last-minute to-do list, and in the process, finally meets a man who turns her head—and her heart. The only problem? He lives in snowy London, and her life is with her parents back in sunny Florida.

She tries to resist Oliver Lincoln’s charms, but it’s harder than it should be. With her heart torn in two, Joy is forced to choose between a life she knows she’s meant for and the one she didn’t see coming.
